Changes have been made to order processing and shipping.
A delay of up to one day may occur between your order being shipped from our distribution center and a shipping confirmation email being sent with the tracking number for your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will be contacted by email by our carrier, eShopWorld, to provide the below information for customs clearance. You will be required to provide this information on eShopWorld’s web site prior to your order leaving the United States.
Name and surname of the Internal passport
Number of passport
Date of issue
Multiple contact attempts via email will be made for 10 days from the time of shipment to obtain the above information. After 10 days, eShopWorld may return your order to us, resulting in your order being canceled and a refund issued.
Your order may be subject to duties and taxes. If this is the case, eShopWorld will contact you via email to make payment arrangements prior to your package being delivered. All payments for duties and taxes will be made directly to eShopWorld on their web site.
